Wells Fargo & Company has announced that its personalized digital platform, LifeSync®, is now available to all consumer customers. Initially introduced to Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) clients earlier this year, LifeSync® can now be accessed through the Wells Fargo Mobile® app, according to a press release by Wells Fargo.

The expansion of LifeSync® is part of Wells Fargo's ongoing digital transformation. The platform allows customers to align their financial goals and track their progress in real-time. It offers access to important information such as account summaries, FICO® scores, market indexes, and credit card reward balances. Additionally, LifeSync® provides relevant content through its "Newsfeed" feature, which adjusts as goals or life events change.

Wells Fargo outlines that LifeSync® is now integrated into the customer's branch experience. Customers have the choice of discussing their goals with a banker and tracking them in LifeSync® or articulating their goals in the platform first and then consulting a banker.

Michael Liersch, head of Advice and Planning at Wells Fargo, expressed excitement about the expansion of LifeSync® to consumer customers, stating, "Expanding availability of LifeSync to our consumer customers is the first proof point in Wells Fargo’s strategic delivery of digital-first, personalized financial advice and planning offerings." He added, "LifeSync has delivered on its promise to enable WIM clients to more easily share their goals with their advisor, see how they’re progressing toward them in real-time, and deliver relevant content and context to better understand what’s influencing those goals. We are thrilled to expand the LifeSync experience to millions of consumer customers this fall."

The expansion of LifeSync® comes as Wells Fargo continues to enhance its mobile app. Michelle Moore, head of Consumer and Wealth & Investment Management Digital at Wells Fargo, commented on the positive customer response to the app's redesign and new features, including the virtual assistant named Fargo™. She said, "Since redesigning our mobile app, including launching new features like our Fargo™ virtual assistant, customer satisfaction and usage are growing exponentially. This expanded availability of LifeSync builds on that momentum by providing meaningful money guidance to help our customers feel supported in reaching their financial goals."

With the expansion of LifeSync®, Wells Fargo aims to provide personalized financial guidance and support to a wider range of customers. The platform's integration into the Wells Fargo Mobile® app offers convenience and accessibility for consumers seeking to align their financial goals and track their progress in real-time.
